Most often, I help to: 1⃣ secure funding, 2⃣ grow efficiently, and 3⃣ engineer an exit.▶️ For our first CFO Reviewed Financials, I analyze up to 60 months of the company’s balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flows. If available, we compare the results against previous forecasts and budgets. Next, I analyze the data and record my observations. From this, I prepare a report sharing my key insights and recommendations, including key performance indicators as appropriate.To help achieve your business financial goals, we meet monthly to discuss your CFO Reviewed Financials, new opportunities, and developments; and to determine the proper changes to implement. To help define and track progress against these goals, I build a Comprehensive Financial Model to develop forecasts and adopt them as budgets.
