CurrentWork with senior marketing team members on strategic planning of department and new initiatives • Create strategy and oversee development of Sharepoint, CTI website, and all social media sites • Lead brand image and corporate identity through graphic and template creation, signage/facility branding, and across all multimedia platforms • Oversee strategic decisions around digital campaigns, sponsorships, community engagement, and corporate events • Manage vendors, marketing department partners and outsourcing resources • Lead efforts around patient marketing for CTI CRC • Analyze reports and evaluate marketing initiatives • Provide guidance, oversight, and training to junior members of the marketing team • Assist with department administrative tasks such as budget planning, team member development, and other tasks as necessary
