With over 27 years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams across various business functions, I am a passionate, dynamic, and resourceful leader specializing in value creation, transformation, and growth for SaaS and sales organizations.I have successfully led numerous organizations to profitable exits, including two within a 12 month period. Most recently, as CEO of Uberflip, I spearheaded a comprehensive transformation across all functions of the company. Despite a challenging business environment, we achieved a strategic exit with a 4.2x multiple. Under my leadership, we improved Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) trends by 27% annually, which significantly contributed to our successful sale.Previously, as CEO of Modus, a B2B SaaS company, I drove the organization to achieve over 30% year-over-year growth and 94%+ retention, culminating in a successful acquisition in July 2023. My expertise in executive leadership, sales, sales enablement, sales operations, strategy, and customer success played a crucial role in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance.Currently, I serve on the boards of multiple innovative organizations and the private equity and venture capital groups backing them. Finally, I am the chairperson of the board at Concerts for Cancer Foundation, a nonprofit organization I co-founded in 2019. This foundation raises funds to deliver "make-a-wish" style grants for cancer fighters and their caregivers, making a tangible difference in their lives.

I developed a sales team, a graphics team and a publishing partner to execute the business plan. The endeavor was a huge success. We sold out on all of our advertising space within 3 weeks to local and national businesses that have products/services that are of high interest to college students.
