Part of the project management team managing the ground-up construction of a 1.7 million square foot office tower near Washington, DC. Assisted with management of MEP, AV, security, and foodservice contracts. Responsible for creating breakout schedules, submitting RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, negotiating change proposals, and coordinating with design and ownership teams.

Led the virtual construction process for a 1.7 million square foot office development. Managed a team of twenty MEP coordinators. Responsible for developing and updating the VDC schedules, managing the quality control and integration of over fifteen unique models from the design team, and running weekly coordination meetings. Acted as the primary liaison between design team members, consultants, and the ownership team to develop solutions to coordination issues.

Auburn, Alabama Area

Assisted with teaching undergraduate Construction Information Technology courses covering Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Contributed to laser scanning data collection and point cloud analysis for faculty research projects sponsored by Auburn University.

Contributed to the management of a portfolio of properties for a real estate private equity firm capitalized with over $500 million in committed funds. Managed monthly construction progress reporting for capital improvement projects including schedule updates, contractor applications for payment, and lender reporting. Assisted with developing and maintaining pro forma financial forecasts, project budgets, and cash flow trackers.
