- Spearheaded the successful implementation of an SAP Profit Center re-organization module, pioneering its quarterly integration into our business processes. Notably, we became only the second company globally to execute this, subsequently porting the module into SAP S/4.- Orchestrated the seamless delivery of diverse projects across essential SAP functions, including business planning and consolidations (BPC), external and internal reporting, FI/COPA, Tax, and GRC security.- Led a time-sensitive project to create an exclusive financial view for the Executive Leadership Team, enabling the new CEO to access critical financial data. I had the pleasure of working with a cross-functional team of unbelievable people to create a new corporate identity that focused on reputation management and performance to educate our customers about all things Tyson. During this effort I was responsible for the Project management duties of this effort. The activities were a re-write of the corporate site complete with video production and the creation of a physical company museum. I worked with the team to create and drive a 15K hour project which completed on-time and on budget.
