I have a great passion for quality conversation and more specifically using conversation as a catalyst for change. I believe that one of the most effective ways of invoking change is to talk or write about that which is causing you pain or discomfort. Speaking your truth allows you to fully recognise it, accept it and release it. By sharing such things with those willing to assist you in overcoming them, you simultaneously take away their power over you and discover that you’re not alone in your “struggle”.I also have a great love of self care.
