► WHAT I DO: I am an experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the international affairs industry. I am a strong community and social services professional skilled in Management, Career Management, Contract Management, Organizational Development, and Recruiting. ► PROGRAM MANAGER: With over 15 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, I have honed my expertise as a management professional. During this time, I have been awarded and recognized for my leadership, logistics and planning, as well as my abilities to liaise with both internal and external clients at all levels. As a result, I have extensive experience in project management. I also excel in communications and outreach: listening and identifying the challenge, and articulating clearly and concisely the relevant information. Over the last seven years, I've expanded my career toward helping individuals, in addition to offices and agencies, communicate who they are, what they can do, and where they wish to go. ► JOB SEARCH COACH & TRAINER: As a global employment advisor with the U.S. Department of State, I supported families relocating overseas or returning to the USA by assisting their adult family members in making career transitions and finding meaningful employment no matter where they found themselves. A family member myself, I learned first-hand the importance of developing a strategy for relocation that includes networking, communications, outreach, and finding and building community.
