Jeremy has experience as an investor, global executive, non executive director and lawyer. He has held leadership roles across a range of industries and businesses including for one of Australia’s oldest private equity investment firms, for a global wine business, for a real estate investor and within professional services firms. He has worked across the listed and private sector, in established businesses and within a start up environment, as well as sitting on the board of industry bodies and a not for profit. He has broad skills gained in senior roles as an interim CEO, managing director, head of HR, general counsel / head of legal, company secretary and head of corporate affairs. He has deep knowledge of structuring, negotiating, documenting and implementing mergers and acquisitions.
