Over my 16+ year career in automotive sales and management, I have been responsible for every facet from floor sales to internet sales, creating, growing, managing and directing internet sales departments, to managing new and used inventory, wholesaling new and used inventory, working with finance lenders between the dealership and the customer for credit approval, training/maintaining dealership sales staff and most recently growing fleet, commercial, and municipality sales. As an accomplished leader, I believe that the key to success, regardless the industry, is leading, managing and empowering the right team to find innovative and forward thinking ways to bring value at every level of client service delivery.
