As the Subject Matter Expert of my team, I am responsible for knowledge management and team training for a group of 12 employees supporting clients in the pharmaceutical industry. For our clients we offer Active Directory management and intranet user provisioning. VDI and VPN troubleshooting as well as Desktop management are also day to day processes. My position is to ensure that my group of technicians are well equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to provide our clients with the highest level of support.

Installing, configuring and troubleshooting various software programs and hardware for the teaching and administrative staff. Maintaining inventory and quality assurance based on the standards of DISD and the school’s needs. Communicating with staff and creating solutions to best fit the needs of the classroom. Instructing users on the proper use of district issued technology. Reporting needs and activity to the district office to inform of various trends appearing on the campuses to assist in creating permanent solutions. Building relationships with the staff to assure the technology department has the teacher’s best interest in mind when working on solutions.
