Technical Support L2 - Partner Engagement (Msp)
Current- Provides L2/L3 Technical Support Service to Partner's Clients or Customers.- Experienced in handling ConnectWise RMM (Asio) and ConnectWise PSA (Manage).- Knowledgeable in handling Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure Active Directory (MS Entra Admin Center), SharePoint, Teams, Compliance & Security.- Experienced in Windows Server such as Active Directory, File Server/File Permission, DNS, DHCP & Group Policy Manager, Windows Server Backup.- Basic knowledge on setting up pfSense firewall device such as netgate. - Setup VPN users via OpenVPN client and SonicWall NetExtender.- Email setup and troubleshoot (o365, pop/imap)- Troubleshoot computer issues such as hardware and software.- Printer setup and re-configuration.- Mapping and troubleshooting access of Network Drives, OneDrives and SharePoint site.- Configures DNS records (MX, SPF, CNAME, DMARC & DKIM).- Administer Webroot Management Console and endpoint. - Troubleshoot basic Network Issue (TCP/IP).- Basic knowledge in Cybersecurity. - Experienced in Mailbox Migration using BitTitan MigrationWiz
