Over the past decade, I’ve been building and maintaining a personal clothing brand called Jeremy Willard Genderless Menswear which is an amalgamation of tailored suits and streetwear with explosions of colors using hand dyed fabrics, screen-printed textile design, and custom bleach painted garments. Several JW outfits have been sold and worn by recording artist and influencers.A healthy work environment is vital. To me, that means an atmosphere free of judgment, open and excited about new ideas, and accepting of all humans. We spend 1/3 of our time at work, and we need to treat each other like friends and family.
