SUPPLY CHAIN RISK MANAGEMENT - DATA ANALYST- Developed a database to link parts with shop and building info for parts repaired at Tinker for the 448th SCMW COOP. - Used part data to match vendors to weapon systems for the SCRM map. - Collected data and designed queries to show which vendors were impacted by the California wildfires and which 448 SCMW parts they repair.- Aggregated data to create a mailing list for SCRM’s vendor survey.- Automated risk register data cleaning and aggregation in Microsoft Access for SCRM. Designed and built VBA scripts to link companies and parts with weapon systems, company addresses, WGS84 map coordinates, buy or repair labels from PRPS data, AMCs, AMSCs, RMCs, RMSCs, IM codes, IM groups and squadrons, IM names, number of contracts per company, and the number of parts per company. If a company supported multiple weapons systems, the weapon systems were listed in one cell. After the change, I only needed to modify one file to update the interfaces for all of the users.- Anticipated software and hardware risks and developed solutions. - Built backup Powerhawk computer drives to have hot-swappable replacements in case of hard drive failure during testing.- Created future cost savings by eliminating the need for coders to have an extra PC at their desks to perform software debugging. I determined the cause and asked the 72 CS to open up the necessary ports. As a result, programmers only needed one PC for software maintenance.
