Engineer by vocation, I work developing, participating, coordinating or managing ICT projects and departments. University of Malaga was my right choice and Telecommunications Engineering was my choice; Malaga will always be in my heart ;-)Passionate and restless by nature, I try to give my best in every project to achieve not only a correct accomplishment of the work, but also to be goal oriented and seek excellence in the projects in which I participate. With diverse experience at national and international level and after an important stage in the private sector, including a stay in UK, now I develop my activity in the Innovation Agency of the City of Valladolid, an incredible opportunity that I am enjoying every day and thanks to which I manage and coordinate some of the most interesting European Projects in which the City participated, projects in applied innovation for the incorporation of ICT for a more sustainable, efficient and resilient Smart City. Tenders, specifications, administrative procedures, justifications, deliverables, etc., a whole "little world" necessary to realize city projects that otherwise would not be possible. Currently I combine my professional activity with support in the Coordination of CT2 of the Spanish Network of Smart Cities, as well as other collaborations such as being a member of the standardization committee 178 of AENOR, where I try to contribute my bit in the definition and standardization of indicators of the Smart City; likewise I am in ISO and ETSI because as an engineer, sometimes too Cartesian, I like to think that things better to do them in a standardized way.
