My very first time working, was with a tough American expat in a Travel Agency in North Sulawesi, I mean he could not tolerate any mistakes. Despite the fact that he is tough and killer, I spent almost a year with him and I learned a lot from him about selling (product) and business email correspondence skill. Beside that, I am convinced that I am mentally strong.I moved to Bali in 2009 , and continued my career in a Travel Agency in Sanur and then 2010 I move to Hospitality Industry and started as a reservationist. Since then, with trust from my General Manager and superior , my career grew and my job experiences includes Sales Executive, Reservation Manager, E-commerce Manager and Revenue and Distribution Manager in several different four star hotels. I do not really like math but with my background experience in revenue management I love to analyze numbers or discussing about revenue management statistic which eventually will lead to conclusion and strategy implementation which for me challenging yet interesting because it can lead to many possibilities , trial and error - no one can make right decision all the time. Although , my weakness part is sometimes I am unable to convince people, yet I enjoyed that job very much.I am an open minded person and sportif, I admit my mistakes and do not like hiding and blaming others. I will take the pill no matter how hard because I believe that responsibility and integrity is what makes up a successful people. I am a loyal person, and I do not hesitate to give my all to company that appreciate my talents and contributions.In team, I am a fast learner and adaptive to new environment, I love being around optimistic and supportive people who always wants to see the best of me, as well as I want to see the best of them, I love being trusted and counted on. However, being in toxic working environment, with drama and full of office politics, for me is a real waste of time.I love reading (business ,economic, self-improvement, psychology books) , I like playing music instrument especially guitar, I love travelling, I love digital drawing and painting (watercolor), I am also a family man - I love my wife and kids, and most of all I am always open for opportunities to grow. Never stop learning.
