Current- Recruit, hire, train, supervise, develop, and support a team of 6 copywriters/editors
- Own responsibility for the production of high-quality website and marketing content for more than 150 accounts throughout North America
- Write, edit, and refine online marketing communications for varied audiences of elective healthcare consumers and professionals
- Research, document, and maintain best practices for web content, search engine optimization, and lead generation
- Meet with clients to discover and document key brand differentiators, business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
- Work collaboratively with account stakeholders to define project strategy
