Project simultaneous involvements includes Aman Hospital Construction, Mansoura Apartments, Design & Build for Rehabilitation of Doha South Sewage Treatment Works (Ashghal), Oil and Gas Data Centre Building (QatarEnergy).• Receives, reviews, coordinate RFQ packages from projects with Engineering Team• Send out finalized RFQ to Vendors/Subcontractors, discusses project requirements, schedules, proposes commercial terms and conditions• Requests, discusses with Vendors/Subcontractors for preparation of Vendor and Material Submittals.• Technically coordinating with project design/technical team for any Technical Query or Request for Information from Procurement or Subcontractors/Vendors• Drafts Subcontract/Vendor agreements in coordination with Medgulf Contracts Department, finalizing until closing Subcontract details with Subcontractors/Vendors• Raise and sends out purchase orders using Oracle Systems for small value orders• Comfortably uses Oracle System to track and perform material requests, orders, checks deliveries and Vendor invoicing• Liaise with Accounts department for Subcontractor/Vendor payments and bank-related matters such as Bank Guarantees and Letter of Credits applications• Performs logistics work for materials from local and international sources until reaches project site

Proger is the Project Consultant for KAP Phase 4. The complex is intended for the housing, education and training of military, security, civil defense and police forces comprised of dormitories, theaters, fuel station, printing press, maintenance, sports, hospital, training center and administration buildings. ACC is the General Contractor of two MOI Projects in Saudi Arabia which also includes KAP2B. • Prepares and assemble package information from Contract Documents• Do quantity take offs as per contract scope and actual requirements• Issuing Subcontractor request for quotations. Holding meeting and discussion with suppliers and subcontractors• Prepares and issues Request for Information to the Consultant• Coordinate with ACC Engineering department for technical clarifications• Attends Consultant meeting leading to the approval of materials or subcontractors• In-charge and advises Jr. Engineers in Procurement issues• Constructs price comparison reports• Reports to the Procurement Director for final evaluation and study of Subcontractor and proposals for finalization• Drafting of Contract Agreement based on agreed terms with suppliers and subcontractors. GEIC is the project consulting firm.• Arranges Subcontract and for Procure packages• Prepares quantity materials quantity take-off• Prepares and sends out Request for Information to Client to clarify any uncoordinated information in the Contract Documents.• Sending out Request for Pricing to vendors. • Review and analysis of received quotations both commercial and technical with Contracts Administrator and Design Team, respectively.• Preparation of Price Comparison report for Commercial evaluation.• Drafts Contract Agreements for review by the Contracts Administrator.
