Oversee the day-to-day retail operations of the location (new accounts, client services, and Customer Service Specialist and Personal Banker transactions). Exercise the authority of a manager concerning staffing, employee development, promotions, on-going training, coaching, and salary recommendations.Acquire, retain, and disseminate knowledge in applicable regulatory requirements including Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR’s), Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR’ s), Regulations CC, DD, etc.Contact present clients to retain and expand existing relationships. Interview prospective clients to develop new business. Extend credit to individuals and/or businesses through a wide variety of loan products. Represent the Bank in various civic and community functions to further enhance its image and develop additional business.Maintain security controls to protect the facility against criminal and fraudulent operations and unnecessary risk or exposure. Assures compliance with standardized Guidelines and Procedures. Provide guidance to develop objectives to meet or exceed established sales and service goals.Identifie and actively pursue referral and cross-selling opportunities for all bank products, including other banking units. Responsible for adhering to compliance laws, regulations, and established Bank policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering.

Supervise daily branch operations including managing and coordinating tasks for front line staff. Responsible for meeting compliance standards set in place. Involved in building and strengthening customer relationships through promoting banking products from deposit to lending services. Cross-selling banking services to existing clients to better serve their banking needs for life including wealth management and other personal banking products.
