Working as deputy manager in Warren James I was able to build and develop a great team with lots of company spirit. Leading from the front I work closely with my team to achieve set targets and priorities of the branch. Our key responsibility is to make customers for life that is why it’s important to tailor each sale to each customer. In my role the customers come first however I do have a responsibility to keep the store at working standers at all times, ensuring the store, stock and staff are well presented.

In my role as a support worker my many responsibility is that all the service users I support are healthy and well. It is my duty of care to ensure they have the best form of life. Working on the front line with service users seeing that there everyday requirement are met, for example breakfast, personal care, medication, medical appointments, etc. I have gained lots of skills, knowledge and confidents working with and around people with mental health. Working in their homes and around the community ensures they are learning and gaining confidents to be induvial.
