Member of the CashWare team that has been developed and implemented all across the U.S. to help teller systems talk to cash recyclers/dispensers. Range of teller systems are compatible, such as FiServ, FIS and Jack Henry. We talk to recyclers/dispensers, such as LG, NCR, Arca, Diebold, Hyosung and Glory. We build and design to better suite the tellers.

• Information Technology and Business Continuity - Maintain all networks within the financial institution and keep all core processors running and up to date. Manage servers and workstations by replacing parts as needed..
• Assist FDIC Regulators, Internal Auditors and IT auditors with respect to Information Technology. Respond to audits and report to management.

• Customer Service Representative – Assist customers with new and existing financial accounts – Checking, Savings, CD’s, IRA’s, check orders, and so forth. Open and close accounts, answer specific account questions.
• Teller – Assist customers with deposits by balancing and recording deposits to their accounts. Cash checks for customers and non-customers. Trained to recognize and escalate suspicious transactions.
• Scanning/Proof Operator – Process teller proof work to create electronic proof images transmitted to the Federal Reserve for payment.
• Bookkeeping Assistant – Scanning, filing and recording of documents providing a historical database of deposit account transactions.
• Phone Support – Assist customers with requests for statements, copies of checks, balance of account, loan inquiries, online banking, and any other assistance requested of our customers.
