I am a Project Manager at Aktiv Pharma Group, a leading combination medical device/pharmaceutical company that develops and delivers innovative medical devices for various therapeutic areas. I have a BA in Health Sciences/Psychology from Carroll College. I also have extensive healthcare experience in trauma and disaster management. My core competencies include Project Management, Customer Relationship Management, Problem Solving, and Communication.In my current role, I coordinate and manage multiple projects across different phases of the drug development and commercialization process, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. I work with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration, communication, and alignment of goals and expectations. I also leverage my healthcare and psychology background to understand the needs and preferences of the patients and customers, and to provide insights and feedback to the product development and engineering teams.
