Executes activities indicated in the project implementation time table.Documents modifications/bugs/testing request per client requirement and submits needed data, forms or reports to specified department..Attends to the simulation schedule of new versions/fixes with the coordinators and testing head.Coordinates with Assembly to set-up hardware purchased by client per SO.Performs on-site installation and configuration of items purchased by the client per SO.Present and clarifies system Testing report and system manuals.Instructs users how to use the system.Conducts BIR survey and software activation.Monitors clients operation with focus on their behavior and use of the system.Executes Certificate of Completion upon accomplishment of all project milestone and tasks.Prepares and submits reports and project sign-offs.

Performs full diagnostic check up on both hardware and software of the units/terminals of the clients each time a service is rendered.Repairs problems of the client's units/terminals as scheduled by the Technical coordinators.Provides simple explanation to the clients of what was accomplished including the next step after each service is rendered.Recommends Preventive Maintenance to the clients as needed which also reflects on the technical report.Creates accurate and complete technical reports for each services rendered and submits them on time.Fills out the job order forms for every client issue/problem completely and accurately.

Respond to request for technical assistance via field service and in-house repair.Diagnose and resolved technical hardware & software issues.Analyzes POS System faults & troubleshoots & runs diagnostic test on operating system & hardware to detect problem (e.g. Network problem, printer problem, POS system & OS Problem).Remote assistanceEnsure to update the incident and give the ticket to management division.Interacts w/ management on matters concerning several functional areas, division or customer.Follow standard helpdesk procedures.Advise user on appropriate action.Identify & escalate situations requiring urgent attention
