My role in KB Associates and its subsidiary companies with technical support and assisting various departments by proofreading their materials. To focus on the text based terminology in the training materials, aesthetic designs and to test the materials in their effectiveness to deliver quality and precise materials for our candidates.I conduct research and development on the training materials to check for updated practices, protocols in the training materials as well as the development of questions for students to aid them in their studies for the various Oil & Gas diplomas. In addition, I work closely with the training arm of KB Associates, KBAT to ensure that our training materials do not violate copyright violations by conducting comparisons with the world wide web to find sources, scholarly articles as well credible evidence of any approved medical and educational practices. In other aspects, I support my colleagues in providing extra muscle and moral support when we are out in the field to send out our products and the preparation of conferences or exhibitions.

My responsibilities are to tutor students in subjects such as English, Science, Mandarin, Social Studies and Arts.In addition, I help to set up the basic IT training programs for high school students to learn typing, the use of proper internet etiquette and on understanding the dangers of the internet.I provide free peer counselling and guidance for students who are having issues with their families and friends at home or school. It may involve their schoolwork, bullies, friends, stressful situations and single parent families with latchkey problems experienced at home. I will generate after counselling reports to the management and the parents with their children to help better understand their behaviour at school. On the sidelines, I act also as a discipline teacher/first aid provider when our students are out on excursions and field trips to various tourist sites in Singapore.

My primary focus is to assist secondary school students with their charity programs to raise fund for the seniors as well as to advice and to brainstorm ideas with the secondary school students. My secondary responsibility, I teach senior citizens the use of the computer by conversing in both Mandarin and English on the uses of PC programs like Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, Paint how to use the web for research and also to develop IT skills for reintegration into the workforce upon retirement or retrenchment from their previous jobs.
