Verification of rejects and failure analysis of production testing / outgoing FQA gates and customer return rejects. Provides test engineering support to other Vishay production sites (local subcontractor) and establishes work procedures and test specifications for test process improvement. Oversees implementation of tester and test handler set-up including modification and fabrication of test accessories for testing improvement.

Maintenance of test related machine problems including test program and calibration issues. Oversee the implementation of test related improvements, evaluations and investigations, set-up, documentations, reports, and other related standards. Analyze customer’s complaints and create improvement plans. Establishes Work Instructions, Check sheets, and Regulations in parallel with ISO9001 standard, internal and external audit.

Oversees the operation and semi-major mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of process machines (FOL and EOL) based on work manuals. Responsible for maintaining the good quality of the product by performing In-process Inspection, Self-inspection, Beginning and PM check. Submits product samples for wire loop, x-ray, peel back and wettability testing. Responsible for checking and monitoring of QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery) and 4M (Man, Machine, Material, and Method) condition of the group and report its status to Section Chief.
