Provides back office support such asProcessing of Statutory benefits (SSS,HDMF,PHILHEALTH and BIR) of our employeesIN and Out of InventoriesProcess and register various government permitsPrepares and pay checks to our suppliersAnd any other assigned by his / her immediate superior

Daily encoding of Daily Time Record and Piecework to payroll systemPayroll Register for automated vouchingPrepares transfer letter addressed to the bank for ATM payroll or upload payroll for E-bankingReconciling and maintaining of payroll deductions on a per account basis which include the following:> advance to employees> Salary loansPrepares Labor.

Prepare the following on a day to day basis (vouchers payable, check voucher and checks)Reversal of advance to supplier and Importation Monitoring personal calls for all mobile phones of company employeesMonthly Analysis of nominal accounts for Variance report (employees’ welfare, gas and oil, repairs et al.)Filing and other record keepingOther related.

Implement Branch accounting policies and procedures to maintain and keep up to date the accounting records and summaries of financial transactions of the BranchPrepare and take charge of related accounting documents (Sales Invoice Delivery receipts Debit and Credit memo)Encoding of Documents to MYOBMaintain Stock Cards up to date and records with bin cards.
