Quintus is a luxury furniture company and multiline showroom at the PDC. I was brought aboard to manage and grow the textile and wallcovering sales for the showroom. In addition to supporting our road reps, I worked directly with clients in presenting new product, providing samples, quoting and closing sales. In the three years I was at the company, we expanded from 10 to over 20 textile and wallcovering brands represented, including iconic fabric house Rubelli. The sales in the textile/wallcovering categories quadrupled, enabling a move to a larger showroom space in September 2021.

MDC is one of the world's largest sources of commercial wall designs and coatings. My job was primarily to support the 13 account executives who service the West Coast. This included helping to set pricing and quote customers, provide technical and creative product information, material selection, sampling and market research. I really enjoyed helping our reps meet and exceed their sales goals, streamline their projects and come up with creative solutions to complex challenges.

I joined this e-commerce corporation that specializes in professional remanufactured electronics equipment to restructure its business model, reduce overhead costs and manage day-to-day operations including order fulfillment, office administration, bookkeeping, management of vendors and inventory. I feel that I succeeded in that mission--by the end of 2012, the company's profit margin had been increased from 11% to 40% and operations have been streamlined overall.
