They serve Recruitment, Assessment, Training as well as Counseling. They launched Grome in 2019 as online counseling platform (grome.fameconsultant.com)In area of training, Jeriel is Independent Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team. He is also certified Lumina Practitioner. Together with his team, they explore the needs, design the training program and execute it both in-class as well as using online delivery service.As professional trainer, He has been facilitating training for managers, leaders, staff for various companies across industries such as BCA, Santos Jaya Abadi, Indomobil, ICBC, PTPN, Brantas Abipraya, Jiwa Sraya, MSI, etc. He has international exposure as he addressed Asia Pacific Country Directors of Young Life International and spoke at Asia Pacific event of Opportunity International.He was COO and Director of IT and Service Provider in Indonesia. He was responsible for all operational aspect of the company including the P&L. Working together with the team, some of their achievements were to double unit business revenue. Jeriel earned his MM degree on General Management from IPMI Business School in in 2005.
