Utilizing more than decade of professional and educational experience throughout the public and nonprofit sector. Working to structure effective teams, programs and organizations through evidence based management, ongoing improvement, and using a cross-cultural lens when working with teams locally and internationally. My experience working in politics and the federal government gave me a passion for civic-duty, community service, and knowledge. Additionally, working through bureaucratic systems allowed me to see how to optimize systems, streamlined processes and drive and strategize growth. I thrive in fast-pace environments while leveraging my ability to deliver detail results and social impact. In my current position, and completion of my MBA from Oregon State University, I’ve successfully gain real-time professional experience in inventory management, operations management, and accounting finance. All while ensuring staff, volunteers, board members and peers are heard and empowered to make thoughtful and intentional choices.
