Responsibilities included pre-study, user survey, prototype development, project management, change management and system ownership as well as sales statistics management, user training and global support of subsidiaries and customers. I grew the webshop from two to 4000 customers and annual sales of more than SEK 1 billion.- Responsible for all e-procurement activities including integration supervision, data catalog creation, customer management, business contacts etc with e-procurement partners such as Ariba and IBX.My professional goal is to continue working within the field of e-commerce, since this is - to me - a most exciting mix marketing/sales and IT.
