Product manager and PMO roleProject: Google’s San Jose Downtown West F1 Office building & F Block Parking Garage·Worked on Design-Build Project delivery system for Google's San Jose Downtown West Campus (Office, Retail & Event center)~1,845,00 sq. ft, construction cost of about $2.6 Billion. Assisted and coordinated all aspects of the project including design schedule, consultant procurement, QA/QC, complex document control as an integrator between owner, owner's rep, architects & sub-consultants. Assisted in reviewing design deliverables for constructibility and conformance with the design brief and building codes. Assisted with bid solicitation, and contract writing & reviewed change orders. ·Built procedures & best practices for document management, submittal, RFI & issues to resolution. Subject matter Expert for Autodesk Build and other Operation software (CMiC, Box, Bluebeam)·Actively participated in community engagement and outreach for increasing diverse supplier (XBE) participation for the Google project.Project: Santa Clara Valley Medical Center·Worked on Santa Clara Valley Medical Centre, managing RFI, reviewing shop drawings, Submittal, and VDC Trade coordination.

·Worked on Design-Build Project delivery system with a team of PMs and consultants throughout the different phases of construction. Project lead for 11+ projects and assisted with documents of 30+ projects around ~980,648 sq. ft.·Managed projects such as Tenant Improvement, Senior Living, Spec suites, Shell, Pharmaceutical/ food-beverage facility, etc. with notable clients - DHL, US Pack, Standard beverage, ClearPath, etc. in California, Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Texas etc.·Oversaw and worked closely with various trades & contractors of all disciplines of construction. Inspected Site work closely with Superintendent and PM.

Lead Architect/Project Manager for five Mixed-use high rises and four commercial projects around ~100,000 sq. ft in different phases of construction.· Worked with contractors and vendors to generate Bill of Quantities and Project cost estimates.
