Mr. Kirschner is a dedicated and passionate estate planner who enjoys helping families and businesses find solutions to the problems that keep them up at night. Mr. Kirschner has been in practice since 2010 and earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law. After several years working in mid-size firms, Mr. Kirschner decided to set up his own practice in 2015. Mr. Kirschner is admitted in Washington, Nevada, the United States District Courts for Washington, Nevada and Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Kirschner is a also a member of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Kirschner is a member of the Real Property and Probate Trust Section for both the Washington State Bar and State Bar of Nevada, and was also elected as Member at Large for the Washington State Bar Litigation Section in 2021. He is also a member of the East King County Estate Planning Council. Mr. Kirschner is also a litigator who has represented clients both in and out of the courtroom through contract negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, bench trials, jury trials and appeals. He has litigated complex matters with disputed amounts in the millions of dollars in the areas of business law and probate.
