At Smith Affiliated, we are committed to providing innovative solutions that drive efficiency, engagement, and success for our clients.I spent a little over ten years in the U.S. Navy becoming an accomplished technician and leader specializing in the electro-optical, infrared, and laser targeting systems of the F/A-18 jet. While in the Navy I earned numerous awards, accolades, and college credits in both electronics and leadership which culminated in an Associate of Arts degree from University of Phoenix. After a successful and rewarding military career I joined Hitachi Medical Systems America and Service Express, Inc. as a Field Service Engineer of medical equipment and data servers. I performed field repairs of several modalities of biomedical equipment as well as data center equipment. While a technician at heart, the biggest part of my job was delivering outstanding customer service. Understanding my customers' needs and goals helped me offer the most efficient and effective solution to their troubles. During my career at Hitachi, I earned three promotions and impeccable performance reviews.I'm an honors graduate of DeVry University with a Bachelors Degree in Technical Management. I graduated Magna Cum Laude in the top 15 percent of my class, living on the Dean's List every semester.
