Ensure timely payments are done or else process with required procedure including MFR and Reaffirmation. Was a middlemen between the customer and attorneys in which direct discussions with customers and attorney's was done. The restructuring, closing and solving the issues and intercoms was a part of the role for the loans assigned. Performed the role of training juniors on mortgage and leading the team was also part of the tenure.

Role of sourcing, selecting and placing the best candidate as per the requirements of clients in United States. Had to contact the US citizens and Green card holders and confirm their availability and also ensure the candidate is fit for the role. The role also included submission of candidate profile, scheduling interviews, conduct background verification and managing the payroll.
