MIS Reporting, Financial Control Reports Monitoring, reconciling GL accounts, mapping update in PeopleSoft General Ledger and weekly/monthly reconciliation status update to management and stakeholders,

• Administration of internal projects used to track employee and subcontractor time and expenses• Facilitate Intercompany audits to ensure correct cost transfers occur from Oracle Project Accounting (PA) to General Ledger (GL).• Produce weekly Operations report packs, which include KPIs, Headcount trends, Subcontractor data, Cost Relief forecast, etc.• Provide monthly/quarterly support to Operations/Finance on current reporting needs, which include monitoring Inpatriate Medical Expense details for accuracy and non-billable travel expenses.• Assist team members with monthly journal entries required for intercompany transactions and subcontractor expense.• Participate in weekly calls with Operations management team and LOB• Produce weekly projects pipeline reports, which includes the list of projects got, under pipeline, lost.• Project set up, project funding, enabling consultants under those projects, time and expense tracking, processing additional funding, raising credit memos, setting up cost rates and bill rates in the system, project status reporting, project extension, comparing actual figures with forecast figures and working on the reason for differences if any etc.• Monthly invoice releasing and follow up with customer to get the payment.
