Interior FitOut & Joinery worksSummary skills:❖ Acting as the main technical adviser at site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.❖ Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy calculations.❖ Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.❖ Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.❖ Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.❖ Preparation of daily & weekly progress reports up to date.❖ Redundancy planning and scheduling.❖ Attending client/ management periodic review meetings for progress tracking.❖ Scheduling and handling negotiation with sub-contractors and local vendors.❖ Day to day client coordination for progressive work flow❖ Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.❖ Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.❖ communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.❖ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.❖ planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.❖ Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.❖ preparing reports as required.❖ resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.❖ Authority Submissions & co-ordinations for obtaining permits from Trakhees, DP, etc.

Reporting to the Plant General Maintenance Manager.Identify the machine which have more downtime ,analyze the problem and implement the solution for make up the same. Preparation of preventive maintenance schedulePreparation of efficiency improvement and down time report.Periodically Safety induction for workers as required.QA/ QC periodical inspection and maintain records.Maintain the health and safety records for audit purpose.Schedule and Supervising of TechniciansGive guidance to technicians as per schedulePrepare presentations for management and technicians.Supervision of charge of worker and operator safetySource new efficient and cost effective machine and arrange meeting with management for discussion.Attended different exhibitions for sourcing new productsCoordinating with production team for maintenance schedule.Independently handling correspondence with internal team.Co-ordinate with Auditors for internal and external ISO auditing.
