 Lead and manage a team of 15 professionals responsible for daily midstream activities within a major oil company. Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to ensure team efficiency and productivity. Oversee the creation of invoices and Bill of Lading (BOL) for loading and dispatch activities of tank truck and rail cars. Utilize SAP and Terminal Automation System to ensure accurate and timely documentation. Client and Stakeholder Management. Review and address client or business partner escalations promptly and professionally. Conduct performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and setting clear goals and expectations Drive continuous improvementby identifying, implementing, and overseeing new process improvement initiatives. Perform Management Information System (MIS) activities, including data analysis,reporting, and presentation.

 Supervise all petroleum products' bulk movements within the terminal, encompassing marine tanker unloading, bunkering, tank truck loading, and inter-tank transfers. Act as a Boarding Officer to monitor vessel discharge operations closely. Oversee the pressure testing and calibration of all tank trucks, including micro-calibration, in accordance withStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Plan the dispatch of products in alignment with available indents and demandforecasts. Pre-check and approve tanker trucks for safe filling operations. Introduce new tank trucks and their crews to the terminal system and the company's portal. Conduct surprise checks and quarterly inspections of tank trucks to prevent malpractices and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE)requirements. MIS reporting.

 Execute tank farm operations in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including activities such as gauging, sampling, tank line-ups, tank switchovers, In-Transit Transfer (ITT) operations, water draining, Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations, and pigging operations. Facilitate vessel boarding activities, which involve the meticulous sampling of all designated tanks in collaboration with surveyors. Maintain effective communication and coordination with port authorities, terminal personnel, marine departments, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and safety. Quality Management.  Terminal Automation and Equipment Maintenance. Maintain a strict commitment to the work permit system and safety protocols, consistently prioritizing safety in all operations.
