I am a dedicated educator and researcher passionate about fostering educational excellence and empowering learners. Throughout my academic and professional career, I have strived to make a positive impact on the field of education.My academic journey has been marked by significant achievements, such as obtaining a Second Rank in MEd from Pondicherry University and successfully completing the UGC-NET, C-TET, and K-TET exams. I have also been recognized for my research contributions, receiving the ASPIRE Research Award and presenting papers at prestigious international conferences.In addition to my academic accomplishments, I have a wealth of experience in teaching and training. I have served as an Assistant Professor at the College of Teacher Education, Payippad, Kottayam, and have conducted workshops and seminars on various educational topics. My expertise in teaching-learning theories and my ability to connect with students have made me a sought-after trainer for prestigious exams.As a dedicated researcher, I am currently pursuing my PhD at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala. My research interests lie in exploring innovative teaching methodologies and strategies to enhance student learning outcomes. I have published several papers in peer-reviewed journals and have contributed chapters to reference books on secondary education in India.Beyond my academic and professional endeavors, I am actively involved in various extracurricular activities. I have participated in national and international seminars, workshops, and have served as a resource person for UGC-NET preparation at various colleges. I have also been involved in student leadership roles, serving as the District Student Coordinator of N.S.S. and a member of college unions and student councils.In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I am passionate about teaching, traveling, making friends, and conducting interactive sessions. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others and helping them to succeed. Traveling allows me to explore new cultures and perspectives, while making friends from all walks of life enriches my life.
