While there is a lot that I could say about the leadership and technical skills I've acquired throughout my professional development journey, I find that the quality that drives much of my success in sales and business development is my focus on people. Understanding the cultural behaviors and attitudes that are prominent in key stakeholder communities is vital for building clear pathways from product development to service and application. Growth in sales and key partnerships must be guided in equal measure by changes in the market and this extra bit of human context. Fortunately, experience gained throughout my academic and professional careers has afforded me the opportunity to manage the leveraging of both of these vital components.
