I have worked with prestigious organizations including ICFAI, Bharti Airtel and Subhiksha Retail. As a Consultant, my experience involved working with diverse large and medium size enterprises, small scale industries, educational institutions, government organizations and NGOs. With a strong passion for people development, I have been in the field of training since 2000 and have conducted more than 2500 man-days of training. The training programmes have focused on productivity and performance improvement. I have also been certified as the youngest graduated trainer in the country in the year 2000 form IJC . At present, I am with B2N Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd as the Founder Director and Vice President. B2N is aimed at providing services in the field of Business Consulting, Learning, Development, Research, Recruitment and Publishing.B2N had launched the imprint DotLife and published its first book – Valarunna Makkalkkoppam in October 2019 – The book had become one of the best sellers in Amazon in the genre of Family and Relationship for several weeks.
