CurrentConnect directly with the needs of client, and run the “hygiene” portion of client member issues to ensure the member data remains healthy. Some of functions include: -Tackling cases opened in Member Services for issues that could not be answered during member calls or chats. -Running regular audits and taking actions on any of its output to ensure our data is clean. -Working and responding to member level issues received from the carrier regularly.
