My area of responsibility was initially to lead the design department. The role developed rapidly to include order cell management, design, production preparation and customer projects. My team consisted of 17 people in different work areas. My main task was to create a portfolio of railway components and products for the railway infrastructure and to adapt them to our largest customers, which are the Trafikverket Sweden, BaneNor Norway and BaneDanmark. My main achievements revolved around: • Consolidation of operations to Ystad with a focus on increased efficiency and operational results. • Creation of a team with all functions under my responsibility. • Communication and collaboration internally as well as with customers and suppliers. • Create optimal working methods, commitment and clear workflows through teamwork and LEAN principles. • Development of order management system and a supportive PDM / PLM system with both life cycle and workflows. • Budget forecasting and follow-up• Development of advanced CAD program which calculates geometries for bending of turnouts

I was the manager for a team that developed and maintained Tetra Pak's equipment portfolios for three different production lines TetraRex, TetraTop and TetraPak Evero. The work included management, people-development, development of different types of strategies, build customer relations, technology development and budgeting. I built up a broad global contact network.My main achievements revolved around: • Beyond being Line manager, I was a Core Team member in one of the more comprehensivedevelopment projects within Tetra Pak, which meant launching one of the world's first aseptic carton bottle on the market. • Establishing new strategies and development plans beyond 2020.• Launch of new packaging lines, outsourcing of technology development and the securing of the technical solutions for the company's production lines TetraRex, TetraTop and TetraPak Evero. • The establishment of cross-functional effective teams and work processes. • Coordination and management of development programs, personnel development, resource and technology planning.

The role of Module Manager included responsibility for a dozen machine portfolios that together constituted an entire production line for Tetra Recart. This included outsourcing of technology development, set up by cross-functional teams, creative workflows and coordination of development projects and manufacturing. In addition to a general managerial responsibility, the day-to-day operations included daily customer and supplier contacts, strategy development for equipment portfolios, technical planning and systems engineering. My main achievements revolved around:• I was part of the company's greatest success, including the product launches of a wide range of new packaging and packaging lines, the launch of new machines and commissioning of the first 20 production lines worldwide.• Outsourcing of technology development and the securing of the technical solutions for the company's production lines • The establishment of cross-functional effective teams and work processes when the emphasis of the conduct development at external suppliers, which required active communication, management and risk management. • Coordination and management of development programs and technology planning. • Customer communication for market introduction of changes and new technologies.• Stakeholder management to keep both internal, external parties and customers engaged.

As a Technical Manager for production lines I mainly reported to Italy and performed machine development for the supplier in the US. I learned to established functional teams and gained experience in risk management and how to manage development projects. The daily operations also entailed supplier contracts, technological planning, systems engineering, and resource management.

I grew up in a family business, Karlabygård, which ran plant and food production. Early on, I gained experience in running a company such as finance, investments, productivity, quality, planning and machinery and machine and vehicle repairs. Above all, growing up in a business created personal attributes such as the ability to take action, handiness, common sense, curiosity and courage to make things happen and take responsibility for that. This has enriched me and created a joy and pride in achieving success together, but especially during difficult times holding the team together and find new ways forward. Today I have both an apartment in Malmö and a place outside Simrishamn, where we spend weekends. My technical knowledge is also a practical type that takes shape in various projects and always feels pride in a well-executed project.

The role of research and development engineer for antenna infrastructure products included the development of new products and responsibility for concept development, testing, quality assurance and production technology.
