The responsibility entails to ensure a stable and secure around-the-clock (365/7/24) IT-service production availability with as little business impact and disturbance as possible for relevant hybrid IT- and cloud infrastructure platforms. Furthermore, I proactively change, transform and develop the service delivery as needed to meet the client´s needs and goals. Also important is to support the client on their transformation journey and secure a satisfactory delivery. I always strive to develop service delivery content to meet best possible available solution in market, developed together with the architect- and delivery team. Moreover, I am overall responsible for meeting financial result as well as delivery quality. In the current engagement the delivery covers +40 countries spread over all continents. I actively interact and support the teams in various matters based on a tight daily interaction. The interaction includes different levels and roles within the client’s organization to cover all angles of operational, tactical and strategic aspects, assuring a tight partnership between our companies.
