About Jerker Jonsson

Having worked in the IT-industry for 34 years, I have held several interesting positions. For more than 25 years I have held different leadership positions that include responsibilities within sales, delivery, business- and people development. My experience covers different levels of leadership with all aspect of operations, tactical as well as strategic focus and goals. Over the last 16 years I have held organizational leadership roles leading teams nationally and internationally, with +250 employees in combination with sales- and business results responsibility.I have a lot of energy and a positive attitude. I enjoy working, and especially the interaction with customers, employees, and peers, where many different issues and tasks are being solved at the same time. To see the outcome and achievement of the daily work supporting short-term and long-term goals give me energy and inspiration. I have a great dedication and passion for business, technology, relationship and leadership.I always strive to create trustworthy relationships built upon openness, transparency and positive energy with focus on the activities leading to achieving business-, service- and technology goals and development. Moreover, I am overall responsible for meeting financial result as well as delivery quality. In the current engagement the delivery covers +40 countries spread over all continents. I actively interact and support the teams in various matters based on a tight daily interaction.
