Long and extensive experience of Contract Law, IP Law, IT-Law, GDPR, Public and Constitutional Law, Restitution and Security Law as well as domestic and international business negotiations. Long and extensive experience of litigation and coordination of legal procedures. Experience of transnational legal procedures under the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty [MLAT] with the US Atterney’s Office and the FBI. Appointed expert by the Swedish Government and participated in the revision of the Swedish Copyright Act, Data Protection Act, Electronic Legal Deposit Act. Negotiated Soft Law on EU level transpositioned into EU Directives. Representing the Swedish Government in the EU and internationally e.g., WIPO. Also experience of Stakeholder Dialogues in the EU and USA, such as Roundtables on Mass Digitization in Washington DC.On the Conference of European National Librarians' Working Group on Copyright [Vice Chair 2009 - 2019]. WG assists the Conference of European National Librarians [CENL] in advising on copyright law and policy. Participated in hearings and other meetings organized by the EU Commission such as the Google Hearing. On the European Bureau of Library, Information and Documentation Associations Copyright Working Group 2007 - 2018. Represented the Association in Licences for Europe WG 3, organized by the EU Commission. On AI Sweden’s Legal Expert Group. Lecture on copyright e.g., in Africa, Asia, EU and USA at different institutions such as Columbia University, Fordham University, Vanderbilt University, The Academy of European Law [ERA], WIPO, ASEAN and UN. Organize international conferences on Copyright, GDRR and Restitution in Sweden and abroad. On the Faculty of Fordham IP Conference. Currently serving on the Board of the Trust for Legal Information, Stockholm University.
