I was recruited to a time-limited consulting assignment to help Bring with the transition to a new self-service system (Mybring) for the company's customers.

I founded Attendance2 (current name is ProPublik Svenska AB) together with a colleague from Djurgården Hockey, where we further developed the ideas for optimizing ticket sales that we first tried at Djurgården Hockey.The company offers a ticket and order system – ProPublik – (that I developed) as well as business development in ticket sales. ProPublik is offered as a SaaS solution (software as a service) to event organizers in Sweden.The system complements the primary ticket system for event organizers and is used to further increase ticket revenues by enabling more dynamic pricing than what traditional ticket systems offer.I sold my share in the company in December 2015.

I sold my share in A45 Design AB in August 2012, but remained as CEO for another 1½ years.During this period, we worked mainly with sister companies in the new group that A45 Design AB was part of, where we focused in particular on developing the staffing system that the group's companies used to handle product sampling in hundreds of stores for customers all over Sweden.Among external customers during the period, Coop Online, Matric and Vattenfall can be mentioned.

A45 Design AB was a web agency that I co-founded. I was responsible for project management as well as system and web development.In addition to traditional web agency services (primarily developing websites for companies), the company also developed custom made web-based systems for our customers, for example staffing system.We worked with Reebok Hockey, the Swedish Hockey League and Rekryteringsgruppen, among others.

At Djurgården Hockey, I worked in different roles, but a common thread is that I was responsible for the web and media where I built up and then led a web and media department.A large part of the digital strategy I created was centered around content marketing combined with email marketing. By following a structured content plan, we succeeded in greatly increasing traffic to the club's website, it became the market leader in its segment and thanks to that we collected tens of thousands of e-mail addresses to target e-mail marketing to.In the last years at Djurgården Hockey, I developed a ticket system that contributed to higher ticket revenues, but which also simplified the internal administration. By building our own flexible and more dynamic ticket system, we were able to generate even more use of the increased traffic to the website and our e-mail communication. This later led to the founding of Attendance2.
