Roles and Responsibilities:• Review the structural Design Documents• Coordinate with MEP, Architectural drawings• Coordinate with consultant, subcontractors and documenting any project issues/conditions• Manage the draftsman to prepare the shop drawings &BBS. • Prepare Method Statements, Material submittals, Request for information (RFI’s), Change orders and coordinates the design to minimize construction cost while satisfying the client and contract requirements• Attend the technical meetings, site inspections and solve the technical issues• Plan and schedule the project activities in liaison with planning engineer• Review and monitor the progress of the project• Prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation orders• Define and implement corrective actions where deficiencies are detected• Execute the site activities and ensure safe work environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:• Analysis, Design, Drawing and Detailing for Mechanical Maintenance platform for the maintenance of mechanical equipment, Tower Crane Foundation and Bracing System using stadd pro.• Analysis, Design, Drawing and Documentation for Cantilever working platform for the erection of structural steel swimming pool using stadd pro.• Execute the Site structural concrete works• Checking the shop drawing and fabrication drawing of swimming pool steel structure.• Prepare calculation and documentation for dewatering well closing.• Coordinate the draftsman to prepare the shop drawings for excavation, general arrangement, reinforcement for vertical & horizontal element and BBS.• Quantity estimation for various structural and architectural items• Preparing the variation order• Preparing daily report and monthly report.• To prepare cost claim for the variation between tender and construction drawing/document.

Roles and Responsibilities:• Analysis, Design, Drawing and Detailing of residential building using Etabs.• Analysis include dead load, live load, wind load and seismic load as per IS standard.• Design and verification using Etabs and MS excel.• Quantity estimation for various structural and architectural items• Prepare billing for various structural and architectural items• Prepare the shop drawing for various structural items• Inspect the on-site and off - site materials to be used in the project and organize field• Follow up inspections of the works and material delivered at site is as per the Approved material submittals.• Concerning the execution of the works.• Attend site technical coordination meetings to discuss main contractor submissions, shop drawings, material submittals and construction related matters.• Carry out the Final inspections for certification of final completion and handing over the works.• Identify potential safety concerns and inform the main contractor.• Review and certify the Main contractor monthly progress statement.
