I am currently on a 4-week course with Code Nation working towards a TLM L2 Certificate in IT User Skills (open Systems and Enterprise), a Gateway Qualifications L1 Certificate in Cyber Skill, and a Gateway Qualifications L1 Certificate in Employability Skills.

⦁ Contacted approximately 50 account holders daily via inbound and outbound telephone communications over the phone, email and Live Chat.⦁ Collected on past due accounts with average 3 months delinquency.

Working with those in financial difficulties to ascertain the most informed decision as to the next course of action suitable for their needs. Creating affordable arrangements, prioritising sustainability by discussing their personal circumstances and understanding their specific situation.

⦁ Working with aged debt, defaulted accounts and Customers going through Insolvency proceedings⦁ Ascertaining Customers financial situations, creating specific plans and arrangements in line with them and company policy to recover debt whilst having as little impact on the Customers Credit File/reporting as possible⦁ Specifically working with loans and credit cards, with an emphasis on completing financial reviews before setting appropriate actions in place.

Discussing conciliatory arrangements for Customers in debt. Liaising with external companies regarding legal documentation and procedures, including return of goods orders and repossessions.

Handling Customer complaints from first point of contact through to resolution. Sending all complaints correspondence and adhering to FCA regulatons regarding timescales and Customer contact. Drawing up letters and invoices whilst taking Customer payments.

Authorising treatment for Members across multiple different companies and personal accounts. Managing accounts and discussing different treatment options, travel and convalescent arrangements.

Working for various campaigns on British Gas, O2, and Help Link managing Customer accounts, processing sales, business to business communication and complaints handling.
