As a senior counselor I had the responsibility of supervising about 20 boys ages 6-7, throughout our 9am-5pm schedule we would do many different activities including, swimming, chess, parkour and fishing. I used my leadership and compassion to instill core and teamwork values in my group and constantly encourage them to always make the right choices.
