Jermaine has eight years of cost management and quantity surveying experience in both Europe, North America and APAC, working on diverse projects in data centers, education, and commercial interiors. Jermaine holds a Master's Degree in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from University of Leeds. Jermaine's specialties include commercial management, contract administration, project reporting, and value engineering. Throughout the last 5 years Jermaine has contributed to the delivery of over 300MW of capacity, and been responsible for over $2.2bn of construction activity. As a Lead Cost Manager at Pure Data Centres Group, Jermaine leads the commercial function for data center projects ensuring that they are delivered within budget, time, and quality standards. Jermaine works with clients, contractors, and consultants to negotiate contracts, manage tenders, monitor cash flows, and report on project progress and performance. Jermaine also provides value engineering and change control solutions to optimize the project outcomes and mitigate risks. In addition to this Jermaine is also involved with funding request preparation and evaluation.
