• UHC Career Promotions: Intake Team Lead → CSN Supervisor → CSN Manager → CPC → Assc. Dir.• Operational Oversight: 200 contractors, 230 global partners, 20 domestic employees, 3 LOBs• Responsible for management and administration of multiple Medical & Clinical Operations Functions Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business for Intake Phone, Fax, Portal, 278/EDI, Clinical Coverage Review, Inpatient Review Coordination, and BSL Operations.• Current Associate Director supporting SOW negotiations, develop operational budgets for operations, read financial reports to identify reasons for financial performance gaps, and identify opportunities for improved financial performance and enhanced return on investment. • Sets challenging cross-functional goals that support the organizational goals and strategies. • Research and develop new strategies to achieve company goals and objectives – Deploy resources to reach financial forecast and business objectives• Implement plans to optimize staff training in support of organizational and personal goals• Develop plans for managing/retaining talent inside organization and for improving leadership strength.• Developed operational functions essential for increasing department’s productivity or implementing workarounds to minimize negative impacts to the operations. – Evaluate and establish standards and guidelines that are to be followed by all fax and portal intake, CCR and CDU production departments.• Integrate functional strategies utilizing business expertise to reach financial and operational objectives.• Monthly reconciliation of invoices totaling up to $800,000 between our global and domestic partners.• Preparing and Presenting PowerPoint presentations to other members of management including Sr. Leaders
