I am the backroom manager at Sears Holdings, with over 8 years of retail experience, and over 5 years of those being in management. I have experienced the full spectrum of retail, from leading a sales team of more than 20 associates where I drove sales in multiple departments at best buy, to currently overseeing logistics, receiving, and overall operations. For the time being, I coordinate receiving schedules, Deliveries, control inventory levels, as well as effecting areas of the business that are not my direct responsibility. These range from recruiting associates throughout the store, coaching them, driving sales, and sales forecasting. In 2014 I led a sales team that consistently ranked top in the district in credit service applications. My leadership style is one of high energy and people development. I take it upon myself to make sure everyone is cast into a role where they can be most successful and make an impact for the store.
